1/4 Head of Red Cabbage

1 White Onion, chopped

Method

Steam the cabbage until it is still slightly crunchy (about 8 minutes).  Fry the onion for 2 minutes then add the chicken. Add the chopped garlic after about 5 minutes (if you burn the garlic it will taste slightly bitter and you don’t want this!).  Throw in a pinch or two of sea salt or rock salt and a couple of pinches of black pepper (do this to taste).  Once the chicken is cooked through ass the steamed cabbage and stir through on the heat for another minute or two, then you are ready to serve.
