Gluten Free Granola Recipe

Delicious Good For You Gluten Free Granola

I dare you to be able to stop eating it!  If you’re watching your weight try to save it for a post workout snack.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

2.5 Cups of Gluten Free Oats

1 Cup of Flaked Almonds

1/2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 Cup of Sunflower Seeds

The dry ingredients below are to be added after 15 minutes of cooking the granola mix

2 Cups of Flaked Coconut

3/4 Cup Dried Berries (cranberries or blueberries)

Wet Ingredients

2 Tbsp Honey

1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

 

Method

Heat the oven to 150°

Mix the gluten free oats, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds together in a large bowl.

Melt the coconut oil and honey in a pan or the microwave and add the maple syrup. Pour it into the oat mix and mix well.

Tip the mixture onto two baking sheets and spread out evenly. 

Bake at 150° for 15 minutes.

Add the coconut flakes and berries and bake for a further 10-15 minutes.
