So, the other night I was thinking…what on earth shall we have for supper? I wanted something quick, but mostly easy. I quite often just make things up from whatever I have in the fridge. It does have to be tasty, filling and Paleo though. I came up with this Cabbage, Chicken & Bacon Recipe.
Coconut & Lemon Muffins topped with Coyo coconut yogurt and fresh Strawberries…when you have just got to have something that resembles a cake but you know you must keep off dairy, sugar and gluten. These little muffins save the day! You will need to have Plantains in stock. Whenever you do find them you can peel them and freeze them, so stock up! For cakes the skin must be yellow and black or on the black side. They are then sweet enough to use for cake making. The green ones are best in savoury dishes.
