This Granola recipe is super easy and way cheaper than a shop bought version. It’s nice and crunchy, plus it’s refined sugar and gluten free. It’s my re-hashed version of the BBC’s ‘Good for you Granola’. Following a recipe is not my forte, I always have to make it my own in some way! I make it for Jezzy because he loves it (he hates me calling him Jezzy! haha!). If you are watching your carbs perhaps it’s best to eat after a workout, but if not then munch away!
